It's very sad to hear about the demise of an innocent girl. May her soul rest in peace.

People become very sensitive and parents need to be understanding. Her father should have tried to understand the situation as it's been there from her childhood Or she could have discussed with her father once. if she had shared her feelings with someone, if not her father, the burden would have been reduced.

If father thinks like that, he should have not joined her in the engineering college.

The way she has written, it's message for parents.

Generation is changing and people are not recognizing it. Expecting their kids to be brought up in the way they were brought up.

My visit to The Chavadi Child Welfare Society

On 13th Nov, 2008 I visited The Chavadi Child Welfare Society's Poor Students' Ashram located in Telecom Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyd.

There were 31 kids and unfortunately each child has lost one or both parents. The society is taking care of the kids from school education to hostel facility for free. The visit was heart touching. I distributed fruits, biscuits and chocolates to the kids. They were very happy. I felt the visit was good and I'm determined to visit these kind of ashramams frequently.

Another similar society is Samyuktha Foundation http://www.samyukthafoundation.org/ This society is running the schools for underprivileged.

I used to donate to BREAD society http://breadsocietyindia.org/. During my engineering I was the beneficiary of this scholarship.

As we did not bring anything while coming to this materialistic world, it's good to return some of the things that God provided to us.
